We need to separate into li.
- Benefits: The posting says "DuPont offers a comprehensive pay and benefits package. To learn more visit the Compensation and Benefits page." No specific benefits listed. So we should NOT create a Benefits section because no specific content. The rule: never create Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It only mentions comprehensive package but no details. Likely we should not include Benefits section.
- Pay: we have two statements: starting pay $28.50 - $42/hour based on experience; and Pay range for this role is $22.88 - $35.96 Hourly. Also later there is a paragraph about how base pay is determined (job leveling frameworks). That is substantive about pay determination. Should we include that? It's about pay determination, could be part of Pay section. We'll include that as prose under Pay.
- Schedule: we have shift schedule: 2nd Shift; Hours are 2:30 pm - 11 pm M-F.
- About the role: we have introductory paragraphs.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Already not.
We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers.
We must remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, accommodation, Accessibility Page, Talent Community, etc.
Also remove duplicated lines: maybe the "DuPont offers a comprehensive pay and benefits package." appears twice? Actually appears once near end plus earlier "DuPont offers a comprehensive pay and benefits package." It's same line; we can keep one.
