Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues promptly and efficiently
• Complete general repairs, including plumbing, painting, carpentry, and basic electrical work
• Assist with HVAC and mechanical system maintenance
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Respond to maintenance requests from guests and resort departments
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work logs
• Support a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and team members

Requirements

• Previous maintenance, facilities, or building maintenance experience preferred
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and dependable work ethic
• Positive attitude with a team-first approach
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
