MG Properties is a large regional property management firm seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at 2150 Apartments in Chandler, AZ.

Responsibilities

- Cleaning grounds, offices, common areas - Completing maintenance service requests - Performing appliance repairs - Painting apartments - Handling apartment turnovers - Taking emergency calls

Requirements

- At least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on a 200 unit property - Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) - Strong customer service attitude - Team player and flexible - Must acknowledge and consent to audio recordings during work - Reliable transportation - Availability to work on-call rotation
