Maintenance Technician 2-2-3 Night Shift 6:45 PM -7:00 AM

Full-time day shifts – 12 hour shifts – 3 days one week, 4 days the next week. $1,500 sign-on bonus paid in $500 increments after 3 months, 6 months, and one year.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
• Assist with general building maintenance, including basic plumbing, carpentry, and painting
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean workspace
• Follow all safety protocols and wear proper PPE
• Responsible for food safety, food quality, and site safety

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, repair, or mechanical systems
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (day or night) and occasional overtime
• Strong problem-solving skills and a team-first attitude
