Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to identify and resolve issues quickly.
- Respond to maintenance requests to minimize production interruptions.
- Install, adjust, and test new machines or equipment as needed.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and parts usage.
- Aid in developing and improving maintenance procedures and schedules.
- Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives across the plant.
- Ensure all work complies with company safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Technical or trade school certification preferred.
- 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking and documentation.
- Ability to lift 60 lbs. and work in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
