Maintenance Technician - 1st & 2nd Shift

Responsibilities Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep equipment running efficientlyAssist with repairs, troubleshooting, and machinery installationsFollow safety protocols and document maintenance activitiesMaintain organized tools, accurate records, and monitor spare parts inventorySupport facility upkeep and collaborate with production to minimize downtime.Participate in training and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including 480V systems and below.Working knowledge of industrial equipment, tools, and machinery; conveyor system experience preferred.Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, schematics, and safety procedures.Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Familiarity with PLC operation, diagnostics, and basic troubleshooting.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to safety, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
