What You’ll Bring as a Maintenance Technician
- Skilled, dependable, and care about doing the job right
- 2+ years of apartment, residential, or facilities maintenance experience (painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, flooring; HVAC experience a plus)
- A high school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to cover overtime or nearby communities when needed
- Basic computer or mobile-app skills for work orders, timekeeping, and training (we’ll train you!)
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills, a plus that helps connect with our residents!
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Bring spaces to life – perform routine and preventative maintenance, including painting, drywall, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and cleaning
- Care for the grounds – maintain curb appeal through landscaping, snow/ice removal, and seasonal upkeep
- Respond with urgency – complete work orders promptly and rotate for emergency on-call coverage (respond within 30 minutes)
- Prioritize quality & compliance – follow all safety, property, and inspection standards with precision
- Be part of a team that cares – work closely with peers and residents, showing empathy and pride in every repair

Benefits
Sign-on bonus of $1,500 is specific to this position and paid in three equal installments at 90 days, 6 months, and 12 months of employment.
