Maintenance Technician **$1,000 Hiring Bonus**

Responsibilities

• Completing all service requests as assigned.
• Completing make-ready units.
• Caring for, maintaining, and inventorying all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
• Supplying all personal tools.
• Cleaning work area, tools, and equipment.
• Assisting in preventive maintenance projects.
• Escalating unresolved service issues to the Service Director.
• Participating in "on call" rotation and responding to emergency calls as needed.
• Communicating positively with residents, vendors, and co-workers.
• Awareness of and operation within company safety policies at all times.
• Occasional weekend work may be required.
• Adherence to all company policies including but not limited to safety and Fair Housing.

Qualifications And Skills

• Three years of experience in apartment maintenance preferred.
• HVAC experience with certification (Type 1 & 2 or Universal).
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred.
• Proficient in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and appliance repair.
• Proficient in use of computers and online applications.
• Familiarity with property systems such as Yardi, Entrata, and HappyCo preferred.
• Depending on the property, a valid driver's license and automobile insurance may be required.
