Maintenance Tech / Mechanic 3rd Shift

About the role

We offer a 10% shift premium for the 1:00 pm – 11:00 pm second shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical skills including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines
• Diagnose combustion, electrical, mechanical equipment
• Replace defective parts, reassemble and test
• Perform repair with fabrication welding and torch operations as required
• Work with wiring diagrams, schematics and have knowledge in 480V 3 phase power
• Promote a culture that supports safety, quality, integrity, trust and teamwork

Requirements

• 1+ years of plant maintenance experience
• Blueprint reading
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs
• Experience with HVAC or machine troubleshooting
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to climb ladders and work at elevations up to 60 feet

Preferred Qualifications

• Associates degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Mechanic Technical Diploma, or successful completion of Mechatronics Apprenticeship Program
