We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Tech III to join a dynamic team supporting commercial and industrial facility operations. In this role, you will perform preventive maintenance, routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on building systems to ensure safety, efficiency, and reliability. You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining building equipment and supporting facility improvements while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who thrives independently and collaborates effectively with team members and vendors to uphold safety standards and operational excellence.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical training or vocational certifications preferred
• MA Refrigeration Journeyman License required
• Experience with commercial building maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair techniques
• Ability to read and interpret operating manuals, blueprints, and work orders
• Proficiency with hand tools, basic mechanical, plumbing, and electrical repairs
• Ability to safely operate forklifts, lifts, and other equipment after proper training and certification
