MAINTENANCE TECH III

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced trouble shooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on building structures, plumbing leaks, electrical fixtures, HVAC systems, and kitchen equipment.
• Act as a shift lead, assisting entry-level technicians with complex repairs and ensuring work orders are efficiently resolved.
• Ensure all work adheres to OSHA, state gaming regulations, and internal property control policies.
• Maintain accurate records of parts, manage tool inventories, and coordinate with vendors or contractors for specialized repairs.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Trade school certification in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and/or carpentry.
• 3-5 years of continuous experience in commercial, resort, or casino facility maintenance.
• A valid state issued driver's license.
