Responsibilities

Installs equipment and inspects/repairs mechanical equipment for defects and/or repairs pumps, blowers, and transport trailers. Experience working and establishing Preventative Maintenance programs. Operation of machinery or mechanisms with inspection equipment. Understanding and knowledge of Safety Procedures. General housekeeping in maintenance areas and operating areas using prescribed company procedures.

May assist or perform welding and pipefitting under supervision. Must be physically capable of firefighting with training provided by the Company. Perform other duties, as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required with five years related experience.
• Experience working on rotating equipment including pumps, seals, gear boxes, and diesel engines preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Ability to receive detailed instructions by telephone and/or radio and solve practical problems.
