About the role
Performs general maintenance duties including troubleshooting and repair of residential and commercial HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance equipment, as well as routine building upkeep and repairs. Responsibilities extend to laundry systems, commercial kitchen equipment, domestic water systems, fire protection, and alarms. EPA Universal Certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Respond to residential work orders as directed by lead technician or supervisor.
- Utilize maintenance management system software to document work order completion, issue resolutions, and related data.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalency.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Minimum three years of progressive experience in general maintenance.
- CFC certification or ability to obtain within the first 90 days of hire.
Schedule
- Full-time, 80 hours bi-weekly.
- Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and be available on-call for after-hours emergencies.
Pay
$25.00 per hour.
