About the role

Receives and follows maintenance schedules and instructions from supervisors, performing general maintenance tasks, minor repairs, alterations, or additions as directed. Completes minor carpentry repairs, discards waste into proper containers, relines trash receptacles, and assists with snow removal.

Schedule

• Full-Time: 40 hours per week
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Every other weekend and holiday

Pay

$20.00/hour

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1+ year(s) related experience; specialized training or certification accepted in lieu of experience (preferred)
• General Maintenance experience required; HVAC experience preferred
• Valid driver's license
