Maintenance Tech Handyman

About the role

Responsible for maintaining and repairing various equipment and facilities. Duties include troubleshooting issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring all systems are functioning properly.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other mechanical systems
• Perform preventive maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance
• Respond to emergency calls and perform urgent repairs as needed
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in maintenance or related field
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Strong problem-solving and technical skills

Qualifications

• Proficient in using common tools and equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
