General Maintenance Responsibilities
- Performing regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of building systems, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Addressing repair requests from residents and promptly resolving issues related to common areas.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of common areas, including outdoor amenities such as pool.
- Vendor and Contractor Coordination: Coordinating with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs.
Requirements
- Previous Maintenance experience
- Professional, organized, and self-motivated
- Able to work independently with little supervision
- Able to stand, bend, climb, and walk up to 8 hours per day
- Able to safely bend and lift up to 50lbs
- Able to work in variable weather conditions
- Possess general computer skills
Qualifications
- Valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record
