Maintenance Tech - Graysville, PA

About the role

Jennmar Services is seeking full-time Maintenance Technicians for the Bailey Mine Preparation Plant located in Graysville, PA. The position offers competitive pay, benefits, and long‑term career opportunities in a stable and growing industry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot prep plant machinery
• Perform welding and torching as needed to replace or repair screens, shakers, chutes, crushers, and support beams
• Assist with general labor and maintenance tasks throughout the facility
• Comply with all MSHA safety requirements
• Complete MSHA Surface Training (training provided)

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience preferred
• MSHA Surface Training (provided if needed)
• Background involving welding, grinding, fabrication, or mechanics
• Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays
• Must pass background check, drug and alcohol screening, and hair follicle test
• Knowledge of using basic hand tools
• Required PPE (not provided): hard hat, reflective vest or shirt, metatarsal boots

Pay

Competitive pay with shift differentials; plus a $1.00/hour raise after 90 days (pending performance review).

Schedule

Shift options: 1st Shift 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 2nd Shift 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM, Night Shift 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Work pattern is 4 days on / 3 days off (10‑hour shifts). Overtime available.
