Maintenance Tech - Graysville, PA

Jennmar Services is seeking full‑time Maintenance Technicians for the Bailey Mine Preparation Plant located in Graysville, PA. The position offers competitive pay, a comprehensive benefits plan, and long‑term career opportunities in a stable and growing industry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot prep plant machinery.
• Perform welding and torching as needed to replace or repair screens, shakers, chutes, crushers, and support beams.
• Assist with general labor and maintenance tasks throughout the facility.
• Comply with all MSHA safety requirements.
• Complete MSHA Surface Training (training provided).

Schedule

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
• Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 4 days on / 3 days off (10‑hour shifts)
• Overtime available

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience.
• Preferred MSHA Surface Training (provided if needed).
• Background in welding, grinding, fabrication, or mechanics.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must pass background check, drug and alcohol screening, and hair follicle test.
• Knowledge of basic hand tools.
• Required PPE (not provided): hard hat, reflective vest or shirt, metatarsal boots.

Pay

Competitive pay with shift differentials and a $1.00 per hour raise after 90 days pending performance review.
