Jennmar Services is seeking full-time Maintenance Technicians for the Bailey Mine Preparation Plant located in Graysville, PA. Responsibilities
- Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot prep plant machinery
- Perform welding and torching as needed to replace or repair Screens, shakers, chutes, crushers, and support beams
- Assist with general labor and maintenance tasks throughout the facility
- Comply with all MSHA safety requirements
- Complete MSHA Surface Training (training provided)
Schedule
1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM; 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM; Night Shift: 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM; 4 days on / 3 days off (10-hour shifts); Overtime available.

Qualifications
- Previous Maintenance Experience Preferred
- MSHA Surface Training (provided if needed)
- Must have a background involving welding/ grinding/ fabrication/ mechanics
- Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must pass background check, drug and alcohol screening, and hair follicle test
- Must have knowledge of using basic hand tools
- Required PPE (Not Provided): Hard hat, Reflective vest or shirt, Metatarsal boots
Pay
Competitive pay, shift differentials, and a comprehensive benefits plan including 401(k). +$1.00/hour raise at 90-days (pending performance review).
