Maintenance Tech
About the role
Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Hourly) to join our growing team. Ideal candidates possess advanced diagnostic and repair skills for RV coach systems, generators, and coach body repairs. Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and expertise in mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance issues are essential.
Responsibilities
- Provide and document complete diagnostic tests and repair or replacement services to customers
- Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance maintenance
- Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
- Keep supervisor appraised of work progress
- Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee
- Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
Requirements
- For those not already certified, Camping World will pay to certify in a trade field (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance, etc.)
- Minimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred
- RVIA certification helpful but not required
- Valid driver's license preferred
- May lift up to 25 lbs. and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
- Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
- Exposure to heights and hazards related to working with electrical and welding equipment
- Environmental conditions include heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust, and wetness

Pay
Reasonable estimate of the current range: $22.00 - $53.71 hourly. Full-time associates are offered a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, and more!
