Maintenance Tech

Roles & Responsibilities

• To perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Self-Starter with Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Perform routine and predictive maintenance
• Perform general cleaning and maintains clean work area
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment, electrical & mechanical issues and then repair
• Strong customer service skills
• Comfortable communicating complex issues with superior, co-workers and customers in a professional manner
• Proven ability to work safely in industrial environments
• Familiar with and utilize proper Lock Out/ Tag Out safety procedures
• Perform preventative equipment maintenance and repairs on all floor equipment, scrubbers, chariot vacuums, extractors, etc.
• Respond positively to requests in a timely manner
• Able to use hand and power tools, use of scissor lifts, ladders and scaffolding
• Soldering and welding a plus
• Maintain maintenance logs and schedules

Qualifications

• Six months minimum experience in a company environment or equivalent experience and or training such as basic plumbing, painting, HVAC or construction
• Two years Electrical Experience minimum
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent combination of training and experience preferred
• Must complete all safety, environmental and task training and or certifications

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit and talk or listen.
• The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.

Compensation And Shift

• Multiple days available: 1st Shift: 7:00AM - 3:00PM 2nd shift: 3:00PM - 11:00PM 3rd Shift: 11:00PM - 7:00PM $14.00-$15.00 per hour
