Maintenance Tech

About the role

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Tech to troubleshoot and repair hydraulics and pneumatics. The role supports manufacturing operations with preventative maintenance and emergency repairs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and repair of advanced electronics.
• Troubleshooting of PLC and basic programming.
• Must adhere to all lock out tag out procedures.
• Must complete work orders via CMMS software and maintain a maintenance utilization of 75%.

Requirements

• Technical training and certification preferred.
• Completion of Mechatronics Certification or equivalent with OSHA 30 general industry 30 hour card.
• Experience in troubleshooting and repair of electronics.
• PLC basic programming and troubleshooting.
• Training of other technicians at this level or below.
• Robotics programming and troubleshooting.

Qualifications
