About the role

Due to continued Business Growth & AI/DX Transformation, Aisin Drivetrain, Inc. is seeking motivated, qualified professionals with strong interpersonal & technical skills (Automation, Robotics, CNC Machines), to join our team in a fast-paced & highly automated facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning industrial production and facility equipment.
• Perform upgrades to equipment that supports improvements to safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
• All tools and test equipment necessary to perform daily tasks are provided.

Pay

Salary range: $28.00 – $40.00 per hour, plus $2.50 per hour shift differential.

Schedule

Work‑shift: 3‑shift rotation; work hours 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m., Monday‑Friday.
