About the role
This position is eligible for a $500 sign on bonus (to be received upon hire) and $1,000 stay on bonus (to be received after 6 months of employment).
Responsibilities
- Preventive Maintenance: Proactively identify issues, provide clear feedback to the supervisor, and recommend improvements to strengthen equipment reliability and optimize the preventive maintenance strategy.
- Support Maintenance Tech 1s when needed.
- Corrective Maintenance: Diagnose and repair reported equipment issues quickly and effectively to restore optimal working conditions. Communicate findings and recurring concerns to the supervisor and collaborate with senior technicians when troubleshooting complex or repeat problems.
- Maintenance Work Requests: Respond promptly to maintenance requests by partnering with customers to understand needs and deliver timely, high-quality solutions. Track required materials, spare parts, and supplies to ensure efficient execution and minimize downtime.
- Special Projects: Support equipment installations, upgrades, layout changes, refurbishments, and other improvement initiatives, contributing to successful project execution and continuous operational enhancement. Analyze problems using the A3 tool and root cause analysis.
Requirements
- Education: Highschool diploma or GED required. Technical degree or certification preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years in maintenance role working with conveyors, automated systems, and industrial trucks.
- Skills: Experience with 480v 3 phase power, PLC, fabrication, skyjacks, and man lifts.

Pay
The expected base pay range for this role is $28 - $32 an hour + 20% shift differential for night shift.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 11pm – 7am. Must be open to potential weekend shifts as well.
