Responsibilities
with- .
- Requirements: maybe Basic Qualifications as Requirements? Could be Requirements section.
- Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications as Qualifications? Or we could have Requirements (basic) and Qualifications (preferred). The instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can have Requirements (basic) and Qualifications (preferred). Or we could combine but better separate.
- Skills: we have Mathematical Skills, Computer Skills, Language Skills. Also maybe basic machining/welding etc are skills but they are in qualifications. We'll put skills section with those three.
- Benefits: we have benefits description.
- Pay: we have hiring pay range info (though it's placeholder USD - USD). The instruction says: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. The posting says "Hiring Pay Range: USD - USD." That's placeholder; it's not a real range. It says "USD - USD." That's essentially no numbers. That is placeholder. So we should NOT create a Pay section because it's filler. So we omit Pay.
- Schedule: we have mention of overtime, irregular work schedule/overtime in Non-Physical Demands. But not explicit schedule details. The instruction: never create Schedule section unless posting actually states them. It mentions "irregular work schedule/overtime" but not specific schedule. Likely we should not create Schedule section because it's not explicit schedule details. However we could include schedule info under Non-Physical Demands maybe as part of Requirements or Qualifications? But we have no dedicated schedule heading. Probably omit Schedule.
- Also we have Physical Demands, Non-Physical Demands, Work Environment. Those could be part of Requirements or maybe a separate section like "Working Conditions". But not in allowed headings. We could incorporate them into Requirements or Qualifications? The instruction says we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot drop it. So we need to include that info somewhere. We could add a section like "Working Conditions" but not allowed headings. However we could put them under Requirements as additional bullet points? The allowed headings list is not exhaustive? It says "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The e.g. suggests those are examples but not exclusive? It says "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect only those headings. But we need to preserve all substantive info; we could embed Physical Demands etc under Requirements or Qualifications as bullet points. That would be okay. We also have company description; could be part of About the role? Or maybe we could add a section "About the Company" but not allowed. Could incorporate into About the role? The About the role section currently has the brief about ensuring plant compliance etc. We could add company description there as additional paragraph. That would preserve info. We also have additional info about ERGs etc under Benefits already. We need to avoid duplication: there are duplicate lines like "Collaborate with cross-functional teams..." appears twice (once in responsibilities, once in developing equipment specs). We should keep both but not duplicate identical lines? The instruction: remove duplicated lines. So we should deduplicate. There are two similar bullet points: "Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support major repairs, upgrades, and improvement projects" and "Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop equipment specifications and proactive maintenance strategies". They are not identical but both start with Collaborate... We'll keep both as separate bullet points. Now let's craft HTML. Structure:
