About the role
Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division is seeking a Maintenance Tech for the 1st shift.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operation of equipment and machinery.
- Drive improvements in Safety, People, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Inventory (SQDCI).
- Work closely with team members and team lead to resolve issues and follow-up on preventative and corrective actions.
- Assist employees within the team with technical issues and facilitate continuous improvement activities.
- Assure that appropriate equipment and tools are adequately maintained and safely operated.
- Install equipment/machinery, perform preventive and predictive maintenance on plant equipment, and perform troubleshooting and repairs.
- Operate a variety of lifts.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.

- Only candidates currently residing within the immediate geographical area of Sherman, TX will be considered.
