Maintenance Team Member II

About this position

California Western School (CWSL) of Law is seeking a reliable, service-oriented, and skilled Maintenance Team Member I or II (Team Member) to help maintain a safe, functional, and welcoming campus environment. Reporting to the Facilities Department, this position performs a wide range of routine and semi-skilled maintenance duties, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, grounds maintenance, and equipment repairs. The Team Member works independently to complete maintenance work orders, support campus moves and relocations, assist with event setups and breakdowns, and perform day porter responsibilities throughout the campus. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and is committed to providing outstanding support to the CWSL community.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of routine and semi-skilled maintenance duties, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, grounds maintenance, and equipment repairs.
• Work independently to complete maintenance work orders.
• Support campus moves and relocations.
• Aid with event setups and breakdowns.
• Perform day porter responsibilities throughout the campus.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in performing a wide range of routine and semi-skilled maintenance duties.
• Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols.
• Basic computer skills.
