Maintenance Support Technician
About the role
We are looking for a Maintenance Support Technician!
Responsibilities
- Assist with preventative maintenance activities on manufacturing equipment, including inspecting filters and replacing them as needed.
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining mist collection systems and related equipment.
- Deliver new chip totes to machines as required.
- Support lubrication activities as assigned.
- Assist Chemical Processing personnel with wastewater treatment operations and water regenerations.
- Perform basic cleaning and inspection tasks on maintenance-related systems and equipment.
- Report any irregularities or deviations from normal machinery operation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance work areas and equipment.
- Continuously seek improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, organization, and 6S practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred.
- Basic knowledge of machinery and equipment operation.
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and procedures.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
