Maintenance Support Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Support Technician!

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventative maintenance activities on manufacturing equipment, including inspecting filters and replacing them as needed.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining mist collection systems and related equipment.
• Deliver new chip totes to machines as required.
• Support lubrication activities as assigned.
• Assist Chemical Processing personnel with wastewater treatment operations and water regenerations.
• Perform basic cleaning and inspection tasks on maintenance-related systems and equipment.
• Report any irregularities or deviations from normal machinery operation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance work areas and equipment.
• Continuously seek improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, organization, and 6S practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred.
• Basic knowledge of machinery and equipment operation.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and procedures.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
