Maintenance Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support with repairs, installations, and upkeep of the facility.
• Interface with production coordinator and manager to schedule preventative maintenance on production equipment.
• Supervise contractors working on site, ensuring compliance with the company’s policies and procedures while maintaining positive working relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inspections.
• Support scheduling external suppliers for equipment repairs and parts ordering.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications.
• Effectively communicate with machine manufacturer service and parts departments.

Qualifications/Skills

• 3-5 years of Industrial Maintenance experience.
• Mechanical experience with CNC equipment, servo drive systems, automated equipment, and general machining equipment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with scheduling and service coordination.
• Adequately display the ability to install, maintain and repair automated machinery and computer-controlled mechanical systems in an industrial setting.
• Able to perform simple electrical calculations, read blueprints and schematics.
• Able to set-up and use a wide variety of hand and power tools.
• Experience operating PIV equipment such as forklifts and ariel lifts.
• Experience with SAP preferred.

Pay

Pay range: $30-$37/hr + Bonus plan
