Responsibilities
- Support with repairs, installations, and upkeep of the facility.
- Interface with production coordinator and manager to schedule preventative maintenance on production equipment.
- Supervise contractors working on site, ensuring compliance with the company’s policies and procedures while maintaining positive working relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inspections.
- Support scheduling external suppliers for equipment repairs and parts ordering.
- Troubleshoot malfunctions following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications.
- Effectively communicate with machine manufacturer service and parts departments.
Qualifications/Skills
- 3-5 years of Industrial Maintenance experience.
- Mechanical experience with CNC equipment, servo drive systems, automated equipment, and general machining equipment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with scheduling and service coordination.
- Adequately display the ability to install, maintain and repair automated machinery and computer-controlled mechanical systems in an industrial setting.
- Able to perform simple electrical calculations, read blueprints and schematics.
- Able to set-up and use a wide variety of hand and power tools.
- Experience operating PIV equipment such as forklifts and ariel lifts.
- Experience with SAP preferred.
Pay
Pay range: $30-$37/hr + Bonus plan
