Maintenance Supervisor - Overture West Ashley

About the role

Assists and completes work orders generated from resident requests for service, oversees and completes the “make-ready” process, develops standards for cleanliness and appearance, inspects work performed by others, maintains inventory, conducts safety meetings, and supports cost-cutting initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in property management or related field
• Experience with OSHA and safety regulations
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to diagnose and repair issues
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Passing background check
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
