Our client, a leading automotive manufacturing organization, is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting manufacturing operations, skilled trades personnel, and production teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor Location: Spring Hill, TN Pay Range: $39.33 - $44.94 per hour What's the Job? Lead and supervise maintenance personnel to support safe and efficient manufacturing operations. Diagnose equipment failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Plan and oversee preventive maintenance, repair activities, and facility improvement projects. Support plant objectives related to Safety, Quality, Production, Responsiveness, and Cost. Train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance employees while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. What's Needed? 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or automotive environment. Experience supervising skilled trades or multi-craft maintenance teams. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience, including root cause analysis. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
