Maintenance Supervisor (Manufacturing) - 1st Shift
Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to contribute to our operations team in Roseburg, OR. The Maintenance Supervisor supervises and performs maintenance and repairs of mobile equipment and fixed assets in the Manufacturing facility, leading maintenance team members in predictive, preventative, and breakdown repair tasks in a safe manner.

Responsibilities
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and repair for production equipment in an industrial setting.
- Contract vendors to perform contractual repairs and periodic maintenance.
- Provide predictive and preventative maintenance, cost controls, reports, and replacement recommendations for parts and systems on equipment.
- Understand maintenance management systems and processes.
- Manage warehouse safety, including Hazmat and OSHA compliance.
- Lead workforce organization, training, and development to support a high-volume operational environment.
- Promote team involvement in setting goals, priorities, and strategies for safe, efficient, and effective plant/facility operations.
- Conduct associate performance evaluations.
- Improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and ensure quality customer service.
- Partner with operations and engineering teams to identify and deliver solutions to meet business needs.
- Assist in hiring, on-the-job training, and orientation of associates.
- Develop training plans to enhance maintenance associates’ abilities.
- Maintain spare parts and consumables inventory to respond to maintenance needs.
Requirements
- Technical Degree from a vocational school or college with a focus in Mechanical or Electrical field, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience with a high school diploma/GED.
- 5 years in a facility maintenance position, with 2 years in electrical repair.
- 2 years of conveyor maintenance and repair experience.
- 2 years in a maintenance supervisory or lead position.

- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly in dynamic, evolving environments with a track record of managing frequent change and shifting priorities.
- Experience ordering and managing maintenance parts and inventory.
- Proactive problem-solver able to navigate ambiguity and implement practical solutions in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience in a leadership role with a proven ability to motivate and lead teams toward goals while remaining interactive and engaged.
- Willingness to take a hands-on leadership approach, providing daily direction and fostering team development and collaboration.
Physical Demands
- Ability to work 8-12 hour shifts.
- Ability to stand and/or walk continuously during the assigned shift.
- Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 100 lbs: 30 lbs or less continuously, 50 lbs frequently, and 100 lbs occasionally.
- Ability to grip/grasp continuously during the assigned shift.
- Ability to bend, squat/kneel, twist/turn, climb, crawl, reach above shoulder, and type/keyboard frequently.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime, weekends, and time before or after the designated shift.
- Exposure to moving machinery, temperature and humidity changes, dust, fumes, and gases.
- Depth perception, color vision, and ability to see objects in close proximity as well as at a distance.
- Peripheral vision and ability to adjust sight focus.
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (with overtime and weekends as needed).
Pay
Hiring salary range: $74,353 – $94,011. This range is determined by factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, geographic location, and internal equity.
