About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to oversee facility equipment and maintenance staff.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
- Inspect, test, and repair machinery and equipment.
- Perform basic welding and troubleshoot PLC control systems.
- Manage preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Oversee maintenance schedules, budgets, and training of technicians.
- Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System and manage vendor relations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of industrial repair experience.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Knowledge of wiring, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tools.
- Must possess Minnesota Special Engineer Boiler License.
- Must pass maintenance assessments.
