Maintenance Supervisor, Ford Energy

Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 3–7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Fundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controls.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodology and/or Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP).

Pay
This position is a salary grade 7 with a range of $86,600–$144,900. Final salary will be based on candidate’s skills, experience, job scope, responsibility, and competitive market value.
Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
This role will initially be employed by Ford and is expected to transition to a wholly owned subsidiary focused on Battery Energy Storage Systems within one year.
