Qualifications

  • Corporate Accounting Manager/Treasury: 7+ years of experience in corporate accounting, 3+ years in real estate industry.
  • Vice President of Multifamily Management: 10+ years of experience in multifamily management, hands-on leadership, ability to align teams around key metrics.
  • Human Resources Manager: Over 20 years of HR experience, including 17 years in multi-family housing.
  • Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer: 30+ years of experience in real estate industry, instrumental roles in commercial, multifamily, senior housing, and new housing.
  • Investor Relations Assistant: 9+ years at Hayman Company, monitoring and processing investor capital movements.
  • Finance Manager: 20+ years of experience in commercial real estate, including third-party market research, appraisals, and property valuations.
  • Senior Property Manager: Extensive experience in large commercial office buildings, retail shopping centers, and historical renovations.
  • Acquisitions Manager: Over 10 years of experience in acquisitions, sourcing debt and equity for acquisitions, and third-party management assignments.
  • Asset Manager: 25+ years of experience in acquisitions, asset management, and public accounting, including acting as court-appointed receiver for distressed assets.
  • Leasing Specialist: Extensive leasing and investment sale knowledge, representing both private and institutional real estate holders.
