What To Expect The Semi Coatings team is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a small group of equipment maintenance technicians responsible for maximizing equipment availability and performance. This hands-on role oversees preventative maintenance and repairs on electro-mechanical, robotic, and pneumatic manufacturing equipment, develops and maintains maintenance/calibration schedules, supports 5S, Lean, safety, and continuous improvement activities, and collaborates cross-functionally as an innovator and change agent to elevate the Maintenance team.
