Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance and repair activities.
- Lead and support the maintenance team in completing assigned tasks efficiently.
- Ensure all hotel equipment, facilities, and systems are functioning properly.
- Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and repair work.
- Inspect hotel areas regularly to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
- Cook up with other departments to minimize operational disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and maintenance standards.
- Maintain records of maintenance work, repairs, and inventory.
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance issues.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance situations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in maintenance operations, preferably in a supervisory role within hospitality.
- Good technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional attitude and strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety and maintenance regulations.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and respond to emergencies when required.
