Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

The Budd Group is seeking an energetic, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to serve as their Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) "right-hand leader" at the commercial campus in Chattanooga, TN.

Responsibilities

• Drive core work orders
• Coordinate preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot systems alongside the team
• Execute essential mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects
• Ensure the absolute safety and efficiency of the facility

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Strong hands-on facility maintenance experience (MEP)
• Computer/business software literacy
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Proven, hands-on experience in building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Previous supervisory experience, or a strong background in maintenance with the drive to step up into a leadership position
• Solid computer literacy (comfortable navigating emails, Outlook, and cloud systems)
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus
• Physical capability to stand, walk, kneel, crawl, and lift or move up to 50 lbs
• A valid Driver's License
• Prioritize: Current CFM, FMP, or specialized technical trade certifications
