Maintenance Supervisor
Description
The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee maintenance operations using precision and preventative maintenance to maximize plant and production equipment uptime. In this role, you will be a servant leader impacting the development of craftsmen by providing coaching to ensure adherence to preferred maintenance practices to maximize efficiency and safety.
Requirements
- 2-year Technical Degree in a Maintenance related discipline - Preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a fast paced, high volume manufacturing environment with Mechanical, Electrical experience - Required
- Working knowledge of maintenance techniques and equipment (i.e., pumps, valves, motors, gear boxes) - Required
- Experience with PM program and software (ie. JDE, SAP, etc) - Preferred
- Safety mindset with thorough understanding of safety policies and procedures
- Initiative to problem solve and take independent action
- Great communication with the ability to adjust communication style and interact across all levels of the organization
- Able to exhibit a ‘can-do’ approach and inspire others to excel
- Must be organized with great time management to manage multiple priorities
- Must be available for on-call situations and working every other weekend for preventative maintenance

Pay
The salary range for this position is $88,875.00 - $148,125.00, depending on your role, level, and location. The benefits for this role include short-term bonus incentive, health, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts or health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid sick leave as required by applicable state/local law, 15 days of paid vacation, and 11 days of paid holidays, subject to annual change.
