- Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime
- Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment issues
- Cook up maintenance priorities with production and operations teams
- Manage spare parts inventory, maintenance records, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
About You - Experience supervising maintenance operations in an industrial manufacturing environment - Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals - Knowledge of furnace and/or molten metals operations preferred - Background in EHS initiatives and safety-driven manufacturing environments - Degree or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field preferred
