Maintenance Supervisor

Role Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees maintenance staff, manages physical assets, and ensures quality repairs, safety, apartment make-readies, preventive maintenance, and construction projects at a multifamily community.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance team
• Monitor inventory and budget
• Cook up repairs and safety issues
• Oversee rehabilitation projects
• Maintain high customer service standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Requires at least 2 years in maintenance or 3 years in related fields, supervisory experience
• Janitorial and pool maintenance skills
• Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting
• Strong time management
• Safety awareness
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license

Additional Requirements

• Ability to operate maintenance equipment
• Handle chemicals safely
• Respond to after-hours emergencies
• Knowledge of landlord and fair housing laws

• Hourly wage of $28.00–$35.00
