Schedule
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with flexibility to support the business as needed; occasional overtime may be required for maintenance-related issues).
Pay
Base salary plus bonus potential.

About the role
The Maintenance Supervisor oversees troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and installation of refrigeration systems, coolers, air compressors, HVAC systems, and facility infrastructure. This role ensures safety regulations and quality standards are met while maintaining efficient production flow. The supervisor coordinates maintenance work, trains personnel, and performs hands-on tasks in both scheduled and emergency situations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise associates, including staffing, training, coaching, performance management, and problem resolution.
- Oversee and guide the maintenance crew to ensure compliance with safety regulations, procedures, quality standards, and budget.
- Coordinate maintenance work, provide training to Maintenance Trainees, and relieve personnel for breaks.
- Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install refrigeration systems, coolers, air compressors, HVAC systems, and related apparatus.
- Maintain, repair, and modify facilities, buildings, and grounds according to scheduled and emergency needs.
- Perform general housekeeping duties, secure equipment, and complete necessary reports and paperwork.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all company policies and standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in industrial mechanics, maintenance, warehouse, or production environments.
- 6+ months of experience leading and supervising a team.
- One or more years of experience in each of the following trades: carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
