About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on leader who thrives on solving problems, keeping things running, and building up their team. As Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll oversee a team of Maintenance Technicians and Leads to ensure our plant equipment operates safely, reliably, and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the maintenance department across multiple shifts.
- Supervise Maintenance Leads and Technicians; provide direction, coaching, and support.
- Manage preventive and reactive maintenance to meet production goals.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure timely repairs.
- Review and prioritize work orders; ensure accurate documentation.
- Partner with Reliability and Training Managers on process improvements and upskilling.
- Cookordination with vendors for equipment servicing and parts as needed.
- Enforce safety standards and housekeeping expectations.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including 5+ years of leadership/supervisory experience.
- Associate’s degree or technical certification required; bachelor’s a plus.
- Hands-on knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, and computerized maintenance systems.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP or other enterprise maintenance systems preferred.
- Experience in food manufacturing or a highly regulated environment preferred.
Qualifications
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office; WorkForge familiarity is a plus.

Pay
Starting the 1st of the Month After Hire.
Schedule
This is a full-time, exempt role with a primary schedule on 1st shift. However, success in this position requires consistent engagement with all three shifts to lead effectively and build strong relationships across the team.
