Maintenance Supervisor

Job Details

Location: Hilliard, FL - May be required to temporarily support other APG properties during emergencies or periods of operational need.

Schedule: This position is not limited to a standard 40-hour workweek. Work hours may extend beyond regular business hours based on operational demands. Must be available to respond to emergency maintenance requests outside of regular business hours, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance operations.
• Lead preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure timely completion of work orders and unit turnovers.
• Train and support maintenance staff.
• Cookordinate contractors and vendor services.
• Maintain inventory and maintenance records.
• Communicate project updates and maintenance needs to management.
• Responsible for ensuring the team’s service requests are completed within 24 hours.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• A strong knowledge of preventive maintenance and property systems.
• The ability to coordinate contractors and manage inventory.
