Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise maintenance tasks performed on facilities and equipment.
• Maintain production equipment to meet safety and efficiency standards, ensuring minimum equipment downtime.
• Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs and procedures.
• Oversee mechanics/technicians who repair and maintain equipment.
• Administer training programs to ensure proper operations, preventive maintenance, and repair programs and procedures.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts.
• Provide technical and management practice recommendations through formal and informal communication.
• Analyze and solve various manufacturing, maintenance, and mechanical-related issues.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree preferred.
• 5 years of related experience required, including supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Problem-solving skills and ability to analyze manufacturing, maintenance, and mechanical issues.
