Responsibilities
- Embrace Bluecore's culture of empowerment and transparency by engaging in healthy debate with leadership and sharing what is not working well on a weekly basis.
- Demonstrate urgency, professionalism, and thoroughness with every service request and make-ready, completing work orders within 24 hours and achieving a 7-day unit turnover.
- Manage the maintenance budget, keeping expenses within guidelines and finding cost-saving measures that maintain quality.
- Accurately complete records in Yardi and use Sparkle for inspections, ensuring the community's appearance and resident satisfaction.
- Inspect and repair all areas of the community, adhering to health and safety procedures and implementing preventative maintenance.
- Professionally communicate with vendors and make budget-conscious decisions, working as a team with office staff to ensure resident satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience as a Maintenance Supervisor
- Experience at a Class A apartment community
- EPA Type II or Universal certification
- CPO certification (must obtain within 3 months of employment)
- Reliable transportation for all job duties

Skills
- Expertise in HVAC, appliances, plumbing, electrical, pool, and general maintenance
