The Opportunity In this role, you'll lead a dedicated maintenance team responsible for keeping a high-volume food production operation running safely and efficiently. (ELIGIBLE DAY 1!) • Tuition Reimbursement • Vacation, Sick, and Holiday Pay • 401(k) including company match • Free Meals & Parking • Membership to American Airlines Credit Union • Opportunities for Advancement What You’ll Be Doing • Manage and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence. • Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. • Oversee preventive maintenance programs for production equipment, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and facility infrastructure. • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues promptly. • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with OSHA, HACCP, and company safety standards. • Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance records and inspections. • Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and reduce operational costs. • Collaborate with operations and engineering teams on process optimization and capital projects. • Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and installations. • Manage spare parts inventory and procurement to support uninterrupted operations. What We’re Looking For in a Candidate Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field preferred Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or food production environment. 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems. Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
