Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule all maintenance activities (preventive, routine, emergency, and overhaul) to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
• Manage and maintain the CMMS (SAP), ensuring accurate work orders, asset data, and effective tracking of maintenance activities and costs.
• Develop detailed job plans and maintenance packages, including labor, materials, and procedures, to enable efficient execution.
• Control and optimize preventive maintenance programs and maintenance backlog to improve productivity and balance PM vs. corrective work.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance Technology, or a related technical field, or an equivalent blend of technical training and hands-on experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership position.
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or industrial maintenance operations.
• Demonstrated proficiency with CMMS platforms (ideally SAP or comparable systems) for managing work orders, assets, and maintenance data.
• Strong background in preventive maintenance, backlog management, and coordinating labor, materials, and contractor activities.
• Ability to be on-call and work beyond standard hours as needed.
