About the role

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee facility operations, lead a skilled team, and ensure our hospital remains a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment for patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day maintenance operations.
• Cook up preventive maintenance programs.
• Cook up vendor relationships and service contracts.
• Ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead and develop maintenance staff.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver's license required.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Experience in facilities maintenance or construction trades.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
