Maintenance Supervisor - Artesia Apartments

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all aspects of maintenance and repair at our community, Artesia Apartments in Everett, WA. This role focuses on enriching lives through maintaining our properties and supporting our team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform or delegate minor and routine maintenance tasks.
• Oversee and inspect work performed by maintenance staff.
• Manage the system for handling resident service requests.
• Assist the manager in coordinating and directing maintenance staff and scheduling personnel.
• Conduct regularly scheduled safety meetings.
• Maintain accurate records regarding preventive maintenance requests and expenditures.
• Coordinate or perform equipment maintenance.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor preferred.
• Maintenance experience with at least 150 units.
• Experience in all trades.
• Must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings during work duties.
• Must be a team player with a superior customer service attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay

$36–$39/hour, depending on experience.
